Let's take a break here and recount what we have done. In the first 3 postings we enumerated the objective of our discussion viz. Moksha , the qualifications of a Sishya and the qualifications of a Guru thus setting the stage for a lively discussion on the desired topic.

Postings 4 to 10 set the cause of avidya because of which we are embarking on this discussion. In these postings, the intellect has been firmly established as the root cause and residence of avidya and our resolve to use this very intellect to root out avidya. This set us in pursuit of what constitute to be the undoing of avidya viz. Gnana or Consciousness. In postings 11 to 19 by the Guru-Sishya samvaadham Suddha Chaithanyam and Kootastham were understood.

In order to proceed further, we need to equip ourselves with certain terminologies of logic and what they exactly mean. That will be our Vedantic pursuit from the next postings on!
